If you are looking for some creative ideas for holiday gifts and want to support your loved ones through cold and flu season, then come join Gradey for an afternoon of herbal exploration and medicine making! After discussing some basics of digestive and respiratory health we will spend our time in the kitchen formulating some special concoctions to help your community through the winter season. Participants will be taking home some useful herbal knowledge, a cold and flu syrup, as well as a special personalized formulation of tea.
