As part of the Medicine Garden’s Medicinal Marketplace, Gradey will be offering a useful class on how to properly harvest your medicine. He'll explain how to dig and divide roots to harvest medicine and keep the plant alive, how to gather aerial parts without causing damage or rot, while also covering the best times of year to harvest each herb. He will also explore the long term health of our plants, pollinators, and community.

This free class and plant sale will take place at 4906 SE 136th Ave.  The sale runs from 10am-4pm on Saturday, April 21, and 12pm-4pm on Sunday, April 22.  Come early for the best selection, stay for free classes!
