In the Portland area, we are surrounded by a wealth of medicinal plants. Chances are that you’re already growing some in your garden! Missy will talk about some healing herbs that you likely see on a regular basis. We’ll cover when to harvest these plants, how to use them, and more!

All classes at Portland Nursery on Stark this summer will be held in the veggie hoophouse, which is located in the yard of the nursery, near the trees and shrubs. It is a large greenhouse that functions as a covered outdoor area. If the weather is warm, Portland Nursery will have water available, but please remember to dress so that you are comfortable during the presentation.
