When we are more grounded, centered, and hopeful, we can show up for our communities even better! And medicinal plants can help. Missy will cover some of her favorite herbs for lifting the spirits, including their potential contraindications, most effective preparations, and how best to use them. Students will taste the plants we talk about and go home with informative handouts.

Class will be held at Second Shapes Bookstore in N Portland. Details upon registration.
