On this journey, Gradey will introduce us to the wonders of forests and meadows alike. We'll spend our time high on Mt. Hood, where the trees give way to Valerian, Arnica, and False Hellebore. We’ll take in the mountain air and meet many new plants while we talk ways of reclaiming our health. Expect to learn some botany, wildcrafting tips, and perhaps do a little foraging on this three-mile hike. This may be your last chance to see so many flowers 'til next spring.
Our carpool will leaves from SE Portland. This class will happen rain or shine, so come dressed for the weather!
The cost is $60, sliding scale available. Registration required by July 22.
